The program is fully funded by the savings. This includes the RFP process which will secure contracts for each and every client individually. TSG has its own in-house Transportation Management System which is included. They audit and pay the bills. They set up accounting rules and their customer service unit handles all the back-office support which includes labor intense shipment issues.
