Kemptner was educated in accounting and currently holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Georgia College, and has worked in the profession of accounting, sales and has also held management roles. In addition, Kemptner is a Certified FPC. In other words he holds a Fundamentals of Payroll Certification. His specialty is working with small businesses that range in size from 1 to 49 employees.
