They perform a free analysis to determine the level of the savings opportunity. All rates, savings and fees are totally transparent and disclosed shipment by shipment in a weekly billing report. The program is fully funded by the savings. This includes the RFP process which will secure contracts for each and every client individually. TSG has its own in-house Transportation Management System which is included. They audit and pay the bills. They set up accounting rules and their customer service unit handles all the back-office support which includes labor intense shipment issues.
