Wilkins has worked in senior management positions at top consulting firms such as Ernst & Young, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM, among others. He also has held management positions in insurance and technology companies. Wilkins has worked with clients in multiple industries including banking, insurance, capital markets, healthcare, software, manufacturing, government, public utilities and distribution, to develop innovative, cross-industry business solutions.
In this time Wilkins has seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to Business Technology Strategy and IT efforts to develop and deploy value-add solutions. His passion for helping clients who have experienced poor returns on IT investments is best summarized when he says “The key to IT success is helping the business realize real business value from their technology investments.
