Courtney Legg & Sarah Biehl/Ivy Springs Manor

Ivy Springs Manor was designed to reflect the heart and culture of Buford. The genuine warmth and gracious hospitality of this region permeates through Ivy Springs Manor. They envisioned and designed a community where vibrant living continues in a friendly, caring atmosphere. Ivy Springs Manor offers a resort style community serviced by a team of individuals ready to provide the highest level of care and assistance, whenever needed. This is Buford’s new alternative option for assisted living at its finest.

Residents moving to Ivy Springs Manor discover a new beginning as they meet new friends and enjoy both companionship and shared experiences. This is a place where independence thrives but assistance is only a call away. The philosophy developed and embraced by the staff is one which recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and inspires creativity. You will enjoy the many on-site activities for residents to enjoy as well as local excursions to take.

Tony LaRocco & Cathy LaRocco/Eagle Carpet Care & Restoration

Eagle Carpet Care & Restoration began serving the Metro Atlanta area in 1985. In 2002, Eagle relocated to Gainesville to serve a broader region, extending to Hall, Gwinnett, and Jackson counties and Metro Atlanta. Eagle is family owned and operated by Tony & Cathy LaRocco and never sub-contracted.  Today, both the LaRocco’s sons work in the business to carry the business to the second generation.

Eagle Carpet Care uses only a truck mounted hot water extraction, often referred to as Steam Cleaning. According to major brands and manufacturers of carpet in the US, steam cleaning/hot water extraction is the only recommended cleaning method approved. In addition to carpet, they clean all flooring services: tile and grout, hardwoods, linoleum, VCT, area and oriental rugs. They also clean air ducts, upholstery and offer carpet repair including stretching, patches, and re-seaming.

For life’s scary moments, Eagle Carpet Care’s Restoration division is just a phone call away to clean up water damage, fire damage, mold clean up, flood damage and bio-hazard or trauma situations. Free Estimates and same day service.

Pat McDaniel/2nd Mile Marketing & Consulting

2nd Mile Marketing specializes in helping contractors (and other businesses) maximize the ROI from their website (make more $ per website visitor).  They do this by using “conversion rate optimization,” which increases the persuasiveness of the website, effectively pre-selling website visitors to take the action the business desires them to take.

Pat McDaniel is the founder of 2nd Mile Marketing. He has a unique and varied background – CPA, Pastor, Sales Manager, and an internet marketing specialist. He has been married for 24 years, and has four children ranging from middle school to college. He is a basketball and auto racing enthusiast.
